Digital Dental Radiography

Dental imaging, also referred to as digital x-rays, can produce images of your teeth and jaw just like conventional x-rays but with significantly less exposure to radiation. 

The process uses sensors connected to a computer to immediately generate clearer gray-scale images.  Images captured digitally are used to diagnose, monitor and treat oral conditions.  These images are also helpful when Dr. Bruso is educating his patients about their oral health.

Technology

Dr. Bruso has invested in the latest digital imaging technology.  Our digital imaging provides precise, high quality images.  This increases diagnostic accuracy and improves treatment planning for optimal results.

CBCT (cone beam computer tomography) expands upon digital imaging to provide 3 dimensional images of teeth and jaw structures.  Dr. Bruso uses this technology for expanded diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities.  This technology greatly enhances services such as root canal therapy and implant diagnostics and placement.
